"Horrifying and cruel experience!First of all, if you want to have a customer spend 6-7 minutes getting their bags checked, get a scanner instead of a guy making you uncomfortable by opening the tiniest of pockets of the bag and asking questions. Any which way, this isn’t even why I’m writing this review.The guy at the door checking IDs was literally at the top of his voice and misbehaving with my friend. All he wanted to convey was to make us stand on the left side of the entrance and he could’ve said so politely. He wouldn’t stop yelling making authoritative statements such as “ Am I not loud and clear enough, get out of the way”. Not only because this is hospitality industry which thrives on good customer service but even as a human being his behavior was disturbing.Needless to say we are never coming back but I’m genuinely concerned how have the owners employed such people?"

"I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious Beef and the fish and chips at this restaurant. The Beef was flavorful with perfectly toasted rye bread. The fish and chips had a unique and tasty batter, with perfectly seasoned fries. Though not your traditional fish and chips, it was a great alternative. Overall, a great dining experience for $13."

"Piccadilly Circus pub has always been a great place for me to feel at home for a drink and a meal. Unfortunately because of Covid I stopped going out to restaurants and I neglected Piccadilly. Today I went there to see my friends and owners Geoff and Marion. To my surprise I found that my dear friend Geoff passed away last year. The man was a legend. A big loss in my opinion. His wife Marion is keeping the restaurant open with new hours. The drinks and the food are still good. Marion is still cooking and making good food in the kitchen. There is Karaoke on Friday nights. If you find yourself in Snohomish go to Piccadilly's. You will enjoy the food and drinks and have a good time."

"The food was really good (especially if you're a fan of fried food). The service was VERY spotty though. Our food came out quickly enough but we had to flag down a waitress, ask for silverware, and we never got refills on water or other things the waitress said she would bring but never came. If you've got the time, I'd still recommend the food and there is a good variety of beer on tap."

"Anniversary dinner with our two children, 8 and 10. We decided to sit out on the porch on a fairly humid June evening and the ceiling fans made for a nice breeze. We find most of the restaurants are overly air-conditioned, but Metro 8 didn't seem like a fridge even when we came in - that's a big plus for me! Our waitress was very nice and attentive without interfering. She noted that it was nice to see kids with books (and math in our conversation) instead of iPads. The steaks my husband and I ordered were as stated and delicious. So were the pages. Our girls loved their grilled chicken. Cocktails were good and just the right strength. Highly recommended."

"This is an unexpected gem in NYC. Our son took us to Down the Hatch for Saturday football, and it was a delightful experience. From the moment we walked in, we enjoyed outstanding service, ice-cold drinks, delicious food, and a lively atmosphere with various sports on every TV. "Fun place absolutely until the bar tender takes his mask off to scream in the face of a lady refusing to mask up… IRONIC… Then drags her outside to be arrested… The law says businesses do not have to do anything but put up a sign stating masks required. Ruined the night for many especially the lady who wasn't being a problem.
