"We had to wait almost half an hour for our reservation, which was made challenging by having young children with us. The service was incredibly slow, with it taking 25 minutes just to bring a glass of wine. The food did not come as ordered - our spaghetti with meatballs was missing the meatballs, which were only brought in a small bowl after we had already finished our meal. Other dishes were just average. The total bill for our family of five (2 adults, 3 kids, 1 glass of wine, 1 beer) came to $100. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, but unfortunately, it was the only dining option available in the hotel (apart from the Chop House). I would suggest looking for dinner elsewhere, as this place is not worth the money."
