"We had high expectations for this restaurant, but ultimately we left feeling let down. The atmosphere was lovely—charming, cozy, and inviting. However, the service fell short. Although the staff was friendly when taking our order, our breakfast sandwiches arrived before our coffees; we had finished the sandwiches by the time the coffee finally made its appearance. We were also disappointed to receive our drinks in to-go cups instead of the ceramic mugs we had been looking forward to. I enjoyed my tiramisu latte, but my husband found his caramel latte lacking. The sandwiches were average and something we could easily make at home. During our visit, we noticed several other customers also experiencing delays with their coffee orders. We decided to get donuts to go after seeing many others enjoy them, but they ended up being cold and seemed as though they had been previously frozen. Overall, the place looked nice and was clean, but it didn’t provide the experience we had hoped for."
