"I was disappointed with my recent visit to the restaurant. They didn’t have any garlic sauce for the calzone, and when I tried to order the taco salad, they ran out of the taco mix. I also attempted to order a fish sandwich, but the server didn’t even know what it was! I pointed out that it’s listed on the menu under sandwiches, and she said she would need to ask her manager. In the past, we’ve ordered several times and been satisfied, but this time the customer service was lacking. I felt like I was putting pressure on her, which is not how dining out should feel. They definitely need to improve their customer service."
