"I was disappointed with my recent visit to the restaurant. They didn’t have any garlic sauce for the calzone, and when I tried to order the taco salad, they ran out of the taco mix. I also attempted to order a fish sandwich, but the server didn’t even know what it was! I pointed out that it’s listed on the menu under sandwiches, and she said she would need to ask her manager. In the past, we’ve ordered several times and been satisfied, but this time the customer service was lacking. I felt like I was putting pressure on her, which is not how dining out should feel. They definitely need to improve their customer service."

The staff, particularly the owner, are exceptionally rude. Their operating hours are inconsistent, as they seem to close whenever they please. If you're fortunate, the subs might have two slices of meat. They frequently run out of items from their very limited menu. The prices are too high for what you get. It's disappointing that the owner does not seem to take pride in their business.

I also wanted to order a fish sandwich, but the staff member didn’t seem to know what it was! I pointed out that it was listed on the menu under sandwiches, and suggested she ask her manager for assistance. We've eaten here several times before and have always been satisfied, but this experience highlighted a need for better customer service. I felt like I was putting pressure on her.
