"Came to yet another place for pho and noodle soup, this time in Northfield in a strip mall area. It's kind of hidden a bit. PNS Noodle Shop is a way back from the road so it can be hard to see if you don't know it's there. Helps make it a little less busy since many don't know about it. The main thing is noodles, but they also have rice. At lunch it wasn't busy. In fact, we were the only customers when we came in. The service was very fast, and it all came out in a few minutes. Even so, it wasn't like it tasted fake like out of a can. I got the Vegetable Soup. It's $11 for a lot of this. Good vegetarian choice. This was rice noodles in vegetarian broth with cilantro, scallions, and tofu. She had the Pad Thai, a classic. This was far from the best but one she liked enough to eat it all though. Have to look hard for this place to find it. It's located close to the strip mall with the pizza place. This is a good choice for anyone who likes noodles or looking for something for vegans or vegetarians."
