"I was with my wife and I mentioned to her that I have been getting posts by pinchos on Instagram and we should try them, so when we saw them here we decided to go. It was 10;45 and they will open at 11am so we decided to wait, when we finally entered at 11 we placed our order and then we headed to the tables, to our surprise there was not a single clean table, we cleaned our table with napkins and hand sanitizer,we where impressed because the store was just opened and we where the first people, then we realized that the entire floor was dirty and that was also another red flag, when we got our order the food was small but small. We left there concerned wondering if their kitchen practices where as clean as their tables and floor."
