"I was with my wife and I mentioned to her that I have been getting posts by pinchos on Instagram and we should try them, so when we saw them here we decided to go. It was 10;45 and they will open at 11am so we decided to wait, when we finally entered at 11 we placed our order and then we headed to the tables, to our surprise there was not a single clean table, we cleaned our table with napkins and hand sanitizer,we where impressed because the store was just opened and we where the first people, then we realized that the entire floor was dirty and that was also another red flag, when we got our order the food was small but small. We left there concerned wondering if their kitchen practices where as clean as their tables and floor."

Yes! Yes! Yes! That's all my taste buds were saying. Pincho Factory is a very cool burger burger joint. You order first then sit to be served. I want to try their wraps and salads next. Definitely worth checking out.

This place is great. The food is always very good and they also sell beers. The service is friendly and on point. The burgers and the vaca frita plate are my favorites, very yummy. But a bit pricey I have to admit. Dining area and bathroom were clean and tidy as well. View menu

I really wish I could give this place 5 stars because the food is always fantastic. Unfortunately, the customer service leaves much to be desired. Don’t count on getting extra sauces, or even the ones that should come with your meal, as they can be difficult to obtain. I paid $31 and only received 1 extra sauce, despite asking for it before I even paid! I also requested a single bun-sized piece of lettuce, but they wanted to charge me $2 for it.
