"I've from New York and these are the only bagels I will buy when I'm not home. They're an entirely different animal than the ny bagel a unique and wonderful artisan beast that is worth your time and money. Yes it's pricey but it doesn't break the bank. You'd pay more for a sandwich at a cafe than their egg sandwich which kicks a cafe sandwich's ass any day of the week. Seriously go get their egg sandwich now. The staff is pleasant and hardworking. And they're led by Mary, the passionate and talented owner of Bagelsaurus. Read their half a dozen write ups to get a sense of their story.
