"I've visited this restaurant twice, and both times I encountered the same issues: the service was extremely slow for some reason. During my second visit, our server mentioned that she was new, which is understandable, but then she also stated she had been serving for years at other locations. My friend ordered a drink without ice, and it took three attempts to get it right. When she brought it the second time, she simply apologized and walked away without resolving the issue. We ordered an appetizer but received something different. On a positive note, my burger was good. The atmosphere is nice as well. However, I personally won’t be returning; perhaps others will have a better experience than I did."
