"I've visited this restaurant twice, and both times I encountered the same issues: the service was extremely slow for some reason. During my second visit, our server mentioned that she was new, which is understandable, but then she also stated she had been serving for years at other locations. My friend ordered a drink without ice, and it took three attempts to get it right. When she brought it the second time, she simply apologized and walked away without resolving the issue. We ordered an appetizer but received something different. On a positive note, my burger was good. The atmosphere is nice as well. However, I personally won’t be returning; perhaps others will have a better experience than I did."

We attended the New Year's Eve comedy night and had a fantastic experience. The food was excellent, and the comedy was outstanding, especially Ed Kerfin's performance. The only downside was that the drink prices were a bit higher than we anticipated.

What an awesome find! Tots are done to perfection, as is the grown up grilled cheese. Sprouts were a tad spicy (but they were great) my stomach informed me later on. Good selection of craft brews without being over the top with it. I will definatrly be back.

The decorations are super adorable, with lights all around. It can be a bit loud, as you would expect from a typical American bar and restaurant. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and very prompt with service, and the food was delicious. The beer selection was also impressive, with plenty of options to choose from. It’s a fantastic spot for a quick meal, and each booth has an outlet, so you could even get some work done if you wanted! View menu

We attended Embers Valentine's Day Comedy Dinner Show. Everything was just amazing. The dinner option was Surf and Turf. The steak cooked and seasoned perfectly. Service was on point. Managers were stopping by the whole time, making sure we received a good service. The crew was very fast and friendly. The package included dinner and the comedy show. We're planning to make this our Valentine's Day tradition every year. So, hopefully, they will continue providing this venue again next year. For the show, Brian Hicks was the headliner, and he was hilarious.

I tried almost all the appetizers, and they were all excellent. The Brussels sprouts were my favorite, and they were still tasty even the next day. I've sampled most of the menu and have never been disappointed. The Breakfast Burger was fantastic, and the raised grilled cheese was spot on. Whether seated at a large table or at the bar, I've never experienced a long wait. My last visit was with Maddy, and the service was great; everyone was friendly and fun. It's definitely worth the travel from Lombard. Huge thanks to the entire staff for a wonderful experience!
