"My first visit to the restaurant was on November 19, 2022, at 1 PM. There were no other guests waiting to be seated except for us, yet we still waited about 5 minutes to be seated. Every member of the waitstaff we interacted with provided lackluster service—there were no smiles, no thank-yous, and no inquiries about how we were doing. I was served a flat Diet Coke with just six ice cubes. I asked for a glass of ice water, which took an eternity to arrive. The waitress with the large, dark curly hair took a long time to take our order, and after our food was delivered, she never returned to check on us."
