"My first visit to the restaurant was on November 19, 2022, at 1 PM. There were no other guests waiting to be seated except for us, yet we still waited about 5 minutes to be seated. Every member of the waitstaff we interacted with provided lackluster service—there were no smiles, no thank-yous, and no inquiries about how we were doing. I was served a flat Diet Coke with just six ice cubes. I asked for a glass of ice water, which took an eternity to arrive. The waitress with the large, dark curly hair took a long time to take our order, and after our food was delivered, she never returned to check on us."

Just walked out. Rude service and a gross plate of monte cristo geasy and covered in syrup? Ask for jam which is traditionally served with it and was told “we dont got any jam today”, Paid the bill just so i could leave.

The food was excellent, but unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. Our order was taken promptly, and the food arrived quickly. However, my husband requested another beer and never saw our server again until she came to deliver the bill. The restaurant wasn't busy, and there were plenty of staff on hand.
