"I recently visited this restaurant through the drive-thru and I found the service to be disappointing. The girl working at drive-thru register number 3 on July 12, 2022, at 3:15 pm was quite rude. She made a rude remark when we placed our order, and when we asked for utensils for our sides, she reassured us they were in the box, but they were not. Additionally, the portions of food we received in the combo meals were very small and not worth the price of $8.99 each. Overall, I do not recommend dining at this establishment."

"I ordered the 25 piece family meal with two family sides and rolls. The chicken was great, but my rolls were just shoved into a bag and smashed. What was supposed to be a large mashed potatoes and large gravy was three small containers of potatoes with a teaspoon of gravy on top. When I called, the manager said that he would get us the gravy that we should have already gotten, but I would have to go back and get it. Why should I have to waist my time because someone else didn't do their job, not to mention everything else would be cold by then? So much for taking the night off and letting someone else do the cooking. Completely ruined my evening. ?"

"I spent over $12 for two chicken legs, and they were pretty bad. The legs were overcooked and dry, while one of them was just okay. The Dr. Pepper tasted more like carbonated water with food coloring. The corn was hard and cold. The only decent item was the jalapeños, which came straight from a jar. Since 2020, they've been keeping the dining room closed due to COVID. Overall, this place is not worth visiting; I definitely wouldn't recommend eating here."

"Best chicken place. Wish I tried it back in 2012 when I first moved here. But I am hesitant about trying new places, especially chicken places. I just think they need to add a little more salt and pepper or whatever seasoning they use in the regular chicken tender's batter. My brother thinks they need to do whatever churches does to make the flavors penetrate the meat and that your batter is pretty perfect. It has a great crunchy feeling and you can tell the meat is so fresh."

"Very terrible service. I was in on the evening of 4/5/22 about 9:25-9:30. As soon as i pulled up to the speaker it took about two minutes for them to even acknowledge me. I start to order, the employee interrupted me while i was ordering to say that they had already turned the fish fryers off (thirty minutes early). As i’m trying to order the employee just keeps rudely saying “is that it”. I finally get to the window as i pull up i can hear the employees talking very loud and rudely about me cause i ordered my family food. They give me our food we are some missing food and all drinks, plus the food is cold already when i was making sure everything was right When I asked for sauces before leaving i was told “hol up”. When i got home, the gravy was practically water, the chicken looked like it had been picked apart the drinks were wrong. I am VERY upset with this and would like something to be done about it."
