"Very terrible service. I was in on the evening of 4/5/22 about 9:25-9:30. As soon as i pulled up to the speaker it took about two minutes for them to even acknowledge me. I start to order, the employee interrupted me while i was ordering to say that they had already turned the fish fryers off (thirty minutes early). As i’m trying to order the employee just keeps rudely saying “is that it”. I finally get to the window as i pull up i can hear the employees talking very loud and rudely about me cause i ordered my family food. They give me our food we are some missing food and all drinks, plus the food is cold already when i was making sure everything was right When I asked for sauces before leaving i was told “hol up”. When i got home, the gravy was practically water, the chicken looked like it had been picked apart the drinks were wrong. I am VERY upset with this and would like something to be done about it."

You can't say anything wrong about Chicken E. The tenders are always fresh and delicious and the sweet iced tea is one of the best in town.

The cashier did not smile and spoke so quietly that it was difficult to understand her. The inside of the restaurant was not busy, but every table was dirty. However, the food was delicious!

wait 10 minutes in the drive through. Nobody welcomed me after 5, tried to order, and the guy cut me off. terrible customer service and due to the look at their ratings there is probably also a management problem.

After repeating my order 3 times at the speaker, I pulled up to the window, and the cashier was standing outside talking to a friend, all the while with his headset on. After about 5 minutes, he took my card, and after a good 15 minutes, I received my order. There were at least 3 employees inside, and I just don’t understand what seems to be the lack of consideration for the customer, not to mention price increase due to inflation.

that was by far the worst food I ever received from chicken express. the half of the chicken tsarties were cooked or baked to a crisp and the other half was raw. the gizzards were so burned that they could not be eaten. the only decent thing was the side. we spent $37 to cook just something at home. we only saw teenagers working so we didn't think it would make phone calls and complain. the bank was very nice and friendly. I don't think we're back.
