"This review isn't about the driver, the delivery, or even the food quality. My issue arises from the fact that our order was mistakenly delivered to an entirely different complex and apartment. I understand that mistakes happen, so I reached out to customer support, who offered to have the order redelivered in an hour. That sounded good, so I agreed. They confirmed my order and I reiterated my special instruction to exclude corn from one boil due to a severe allergy. Both of our orders were for crab and shrimp (C1), but they arrived with mussels, which we didn’t want, and unfortunately, both included corn. While what we could eat was tasty, my friend, who I was visiting, couldn't have anything because of the included corn, and our allergy request was disregarded despite being stated twice."
