Pier 88 - Menu

Great food, but grub hub said order could not be delivered so I ordered from elsewhere and ended up with two orders of food. Will not use grub hub again.

The driver arrived surrounded by a cloud of vape, and the smell permeated the bag and filled the house. I'm highly allergic, and that interaction alone triggered a reaction for me.

This is a relaxing awesome place to chill. The bar is phenomenal. The staff are all so amazing. My family and friends hang here a few times a month. There's nothing here for a vegan to eat at all but the environment and drinks make up for it.

The waiter was amazing . I had the shrimp and snow crab legs . It was SALTY AF. I didn't really taste any seasoning other that salt. It deserves 1 star. The drinks were pretty good and the presentation was great. I'd go back maybe for a happy hour but the food im unsure .

Decided to try a new place for my birthday! Big mistake trying this as my new place. The hostess of sat us pretty quick however, that was all. We waited for 20mins and no one came to even take our drink order. On our way out a table of guests stated they didn 't even get any drinks . I nearly walked out of the restaurant. I took my sister and mother there for lunch, and it took quite some time for the young lady who seated us to return to take our drink orders. Shortly after, another young lady came over and said she would be our server, but I informed her that someone else had already taken our orders. Eventually, our drinks arrived, but then a third young lady approached us, introducing herself as Lexis and saying she would be our server. Thankfully, the third time was the charm because Lexis was fantastic! She was incredibly attentive and made our experience so much better.

I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant! I arrived with a party of eight right at opening time, and the staff was still in the process of getting everything ready. They seemed a bit frustrated that we were there before they had completed their setup. However, once we were settled in, the service was impeccable! The seafood boils were absolutely delicious, and I highly recommend the Pier 88 sauce—it was definitely the highlight. If you prefer something milder, the medium sauce doesn’t have any heat, so it’s a safe choice. The calamari, on the other hand, was a bit questionable; it was chewy and about the size of onion rings. This review isn't about the driver, the delivery, or even the food quality. My issue arises from the fact that our order was mistakenly delivered to an entirely different complex and apartment. I understand that mistakes happen, so I reached out to customer support, who offered to have the order redelivered in an hour. That sounded good, so I agreed. They confirmed my order and I reiterated my special instruction to exclude corn from one boil due to a severe allergy. Both of our orders were for crab and shrimp (C1), but they arrived with mussels, which we didn’t want, and unfortunately, both included corn.
