"I just want to say it's not like I thought it would be like it was when I first was there in first tried the restaurant at the end of the day their chicken tenders were okay and their fries will stale they weren't even hot they feel like they've been sitting around for a while I'm so disappointed I will not come back to this place I'd never felt so unsatisfied paying $45 I really feel like I wasted my money and didn't get my money's worth I'll never come back it's just how I feel I never had this problem with any other place I've been to Either... I'll definitely be spending less money eating something a lot more worth eating God bless anybody that goes here... They got got me for 8 dollars an 50 cents extra an thankfully I called an got my money back next time I go I got 2 free meals only time will tell about next time I try I'm already kinda ify but willing to give a chance...."

"This place used to be alright. But over the years the quality of food and the overall service has declined. The service is some of the most monotone service around the Shorewood Hills Area. This store seems understaffed and the workers are visibly upset most of the time. Placing an order is easy but if you ever have issues with your order it’s a little harder to get help and are expected to try and reorder instead. It is also very obvious that the manager Brian chooses to treat some customers better than others, and instead takes his frustrations out on customers. Not professional or friendly."

"First time I ordered from here Wings Over....every wings had flavor, every different flavor was extremely distinct from each other. Last 4-5 times the wings are barely flavored which is very confusing because Wings Over whole gimmick IS FLAVORS. The Lemon Pepper wings are bare of flavor and barely cooked. They are cooked but not crispy at all. The Lemon Pepper wings taste the same as Honey Bbq wings they just have a hint of smell and flavor. I don't even understand how something like that is possible but this isn't the first time. When I tell you the wings are barely flavored I'm not exaggerating in the least. I wish I could upload pictures to be. To be honest this is probably the last time I order from a wings Over. My heart can't take another disappointment from these guys. Don't mean to be so dramatic but when you've been working all day and you Invision something to eat so vividly you can taste it, just to purchase said meal ju st for it to taste like unseasoned boiled chicken it really pushes your nerves.Also visited and ate at 4 different Wings Over always order Lemon Pepper wings and some sort of bbq wings.....same resultsI don't need my wings drenched in flavor but come on no sauce on bottom no seasoning reached the bottom of container.The paper that covers these FLAVORFUL WINGS I damn near clean jus stained with grease but NOt flavor."

"We used to order our wings from this place all the time because the food and delivery service were excellent. However, that was not the case anymore. Last year, we experienced a significant delay with a delivery order that took over an hour to arrive, and we live only half a mile away. When it finally came, the food was cold and the order was wrong. The manager did make it right by sending a fresh order, which was hot upon arrival, but we decided then that we wouldn’t order from them again. Fast forward to today, we thought we’d give them another shot and see if they had returned to their former glory. We ordered four grilled chicken wings with honey BBQ dipping sauce, a side of ranch, six regular wings, and garlic parmesan tater tots. After 50 minutes, I called the restaurant, reminding them that we’re only half a mile away. The person who answered assured me that the order was out for delivery and would arrive in about 10 minutes. However, after hanging up, I checked the order tracker and saw that the food was still at the restaurant. I figured at least it wouldn’t be cold—how wrong I was! I tracked the driver on the app, and he went in the wrong direction. After making a U-turn, he finally got to my street but turned down a crossroad just two houses away from me. He must have had to turn around again because he ended up back on the main road, barely pulling into our driveway to deliver the food. Once inside, I opened the bag to find the order was completely messed up! Instead of grilled wings, I received breaded wings, and the tater tots were regular ones instead of garlic parmesan. To top it off, there was no ranch dressing included. The wings were lukewarm at best, and the tater tots were totally cold and unappetizing. So, this was my second chance at a $34 order from this place, and I can say for sure we will never order from them again. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me—never again! It's really disappointing because they used to be our go-to wing spot, but not anymore. I’ll also be sharing my experience on other social media platforms because people need to know that they no longer care about providing good service."

Just a quick tip: avoid placing your order in the last hour before closing, as they sometimes rush and forget to include the sauce—I’ve experienced that a couple of times. "I've been a regular at this restaurant since I moved to New Bedford, and it has become a classic favorite for me. The service is always excellent, and the staff who take orders over the phone are always friendly. They have never gotten my order wrong, and they always prepare it as quickly as possible. Their wings are fantastic, and my favorite flavors are Wabenbq and Honey Scab. Additionally, they offer a dry rub for the fries, which I didn’t know before, but my favorite seasoning is garlic parmesan. The only thing I wish they could improve is that the waffle fries tend to be a bit soggy and never crispy. However, this isn't a major issue for me, and I still think this place is amazing overall. It's a great spot for wings!"
