"I understand that waiting is part of the experience, but while I was waiting, I noticed that the staff were too busy chatting among themselves to attend to cleaning the dirty tables. There were several customers just sitting and waiting, and both the tables and floors were unclean. The staff appeared occupied doing everything except serving the tables.
I didn't expect much from the food given the poor presentation and the messy dining area, which was off-putting. However, I can say that the honey chipotle shrimp tacos were quite good, but the sampler wasn't impressive at all. To make matters worse, the condiments for the nachos were all mixed together in one small container. They could have easily separated the guacamole, sour cream, and provided more cheese for the chips.
Overall, presentation is crucial! I’m not sure I would return to this specific location; I'd recommend choosing another one instead."
