I thoroughly enjoyed the Autumn Leaves Roll, which was incredibly refreshing. The flavors blended beautifully, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well the mango complemented the richer, umami notes in the dish. The Double Salmon Roll is a must for any salmon lover; the fish was exceptionally fresh and had no fishy taste at all. While the jalapeño didn't add much spice, it provided a nice contrast to the saltier flavors. My favorite, though, was the T.N.T. Roll. It combined a myriad of flavors, including caviar and truffle oil, enhanced by the freshness of the fish. This roll offered a complexity of flavors that surpassed any other sushi I've had here before. I would definitely order it again!
