"Absolutely fantastic sushi! As someone who travels often for work, I enjoy exploring new sushi spots in cities like Seattle, the Bay Area, and Vancouver, but the quality and consistency at Nikki Sushi truly stand out. The service is always prompt and courteous, though I do wish the staff could stop wearing those silly masks. My personal favorite is the Hot Samurai roll; it's baked and features a delightful balance of sweet and slightly spicy flavors (definitely milder than spicy tuna). Don't miss the Rainbow roll either! If you're looking to catch a sports game and the other bars are packed, this place has a great bar scene that's worth checking out. Plus, they have a lovely outdoor patio for warmer days."

Additionally, the side of fried rice was simply rice that had been fried, with no vegetables or anything else added. Every meal I've had here has been fresh, delicious, and absolutely fantastic! They even let me customize my order for the tempura vegetables and replace them all with yams. The shrimp tempura is outstanding, and the shrimp hibachi was cooked perfectly, with the vegetables just right and a fresh side salad that came with it. My husband loved the miracle roll and raved about it. In the past, we’ve also enjoyed the hibachi steak and the sumo roll, both of which were excellent as well.

The wait for food was a little long, so it's a good idea to order some appetizers while you wait. Overall, the food was decent, and if you're looking for a nice waterfront view while enjoying sushi in the evening, this is a great spot to consider.
