"I recently ordered dinner delivery from this restaurant and was extremely impressed. The price range per person was between $50 and $100, but the quality of the food and service made it worth every penny. The food was delicious, receiving a perfect score of 5. The service was also impeccable, receiving another 5-star rating. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also top-notch, earning a score of 5 as well. Some dishes that I highly recommend trying are the French Fries, Mashed Potatoes, Chicken Sandwich, Tenders, and Fried Okra. Overall, I had a fantastic dining experience and would definitely order from this restaurant again."

"My 81 yr old mother absolutely loves Church's. After a busy day (8/5/22) of running errands decided to grab some for dinner. Quick, smooth transaction considering it was 5 ish on a Fri. Great or so I thought. Got home only to open 2nd 2pc dark order and found a fly in it. YES, a black still alive blood sucking fly underneath the chicken. Thought I was seeing things at first until I move the biscuit it flew out. NEVER EVER had an issue at this spot until now. Everything's entitled to an off day, but how do you not see a fly in someone's food order? Seriously!! Mama loves her fried chicken so guess I'll be driving to Lagrange from now on.."

"I went in the restaurant instead of the drive thru because I wanted to try the wraps I heard people talking about. It wasn't that many people only two cars in the drive thru and one guy in front of me who order was already taken. I walked in it was two girls in the front one guy in the back, nobody greeted me or even said give them a min. So I stood there and just watched them serve the two cars in the drive thru after they were gone it just left the guy in front of me still nothing from nobody not even eye contact. So I'm wondering what and who food was being made and why was I not being helped, after standing there 12mins I walked out and left I will never go back. It was two Mexican girls working and a black guy in the back. Rude and unprofessional service. Date 9-25-24 around 2oclock"

"Worst customer service!! The young lady with blonde hair clearly hates her job. She literally handed me my card and receipt l with attitude that the receipt flew away. I paid $22 for #1 an extra side and biscuits. So much for checking my receipt. She closed the window and walked to the back before I got a chance to say anything. I checked my order and drove off. Never again! The manager at this store needs to rethink keeping this ray of sunshine as an employee. It’s a no wonder this restaurant is always empty."

"I ordered from the door bag and this load gave my order to someone who never confirmed the order and never delivered it. when we contacted the load, they said well, we don't make as big as an order. ok bye and hanged on us, we called her back, and they agreed to revoke the order so that we drove up there. they slept food and cardboard food containers while complaining about the people in the car thru. they were extremely inappropriate. After we stood there to listen to them, about the necessity to regain our order, they decided not to do it. the type behind the counter was extremely rude. we asked for the owner number, and he broke the number of us, and we had to ask again bc he was 't clear. he was annoyed that we asked and he said again ok bye, as if we were the inconvenience for the food we paid. Now we have no food for which we have paid and we have to wait the 7-10 working days to get our refund."

"According to online sources, the restaurant advertised a 10-piece meal with 2 large sides and biscuits for $15.99, but we ended up paying $26 because the man working there informed us they did not have the 10-piece option. We also ordered a large mashed potatoes dish and received a small fry instead. When we asked for BBQ sauce, we were given two different varieties of honey mustard. The man accidentally set off the alarm in the building, making it hard for us to communicate and causing confusion. He was also unhelpful and spoke rudely to me, leading to us having to fix things ourselves.Overall, our experience was disappointing and the issues were not resolved."

"Horrible Customer Service, first time I have ever had to call to talk to a manager or make a bad review. Lady who took my order was very rude and acted like she couldn’t care less. I asked for honey mustard and was told to ask at the window. I get to the window and the lady says nothing and just holds her hand out for the card, I then ask for napkins and honey mustard and she looks at me and says nothing. After she gives me my food and card back I realized I didn’t have napkins or sauce and said ma’m three times getting louder each time. But she was too busy having her back turned to the window talking to a co-worker so when I arrived at home I called and asked to speak to a manager. The lady who took my order was on the phone and once again and when I asked she kind of annoyedly said yeah. I could hear her ask someone “This guy wants to speak with a manager” and someone said “I don’t want to speak to him, tell him there’s not a manager here right now. And when she came back and told me there was no manager I said let me speak to who ever is in charge and a lady answered with a horrible attitude and I could tell the conversation was going No-Where so I just hung up and made this review. I’ve worked in fast food and know how some days are bad but this was awful customer service."

"My mother and I visited this dilapidated restaurant last week, and we were quite disappointed. They served us cold food and stale chicken, and they forgot to include our coleslaw in the order. To make matters worse, they didn't provide us with a receipt, which made it impossible to resolve the issues with our meal. It's safe to say we won't be going back! Skip Church's Chicken; the service was subpar and the staff unhelpful. If you're looking for a pleasant dining experience, I recommend finding somewhere else to eat."

"My food is always hot, fresh and full of flavor. The kids working the drive thru both during the day and in the evening are wonderful. They always keep their cool during rushes and do their best to make sure everything is good for their customers. "I was overcharged at this restaurant. We ordered two meals but were charged for three. The kid at the drive-thru window initially said our total would be $18.08 when we placed the order, but when we got to the window, it was $26.08. My card was charged the extra amount, so I brought this to his attention. "The middle-aged woman with the blue scrunchie and glasses definitely needs a job not in the food industry. I was the only one there and it was very apparent they were not prepared for the lunch rush. No acknowledgment, explanation or apology on the long wait for my two items.
