"I'm only giving Bourbon Raw one star, because I can't give it negative stars! If you want your food thrown at you or your order totally disregarded and or forgotten, with terrible service, this is definitely where you should go! We went in with a group of 7 and from the beginning we were treated as if we were disturbing the employees play time. Our waitress was rude from the beginning and acted as if taking our order was nothing but a big problem. I ordered an appetizer which was never delivered, even after everyone else in my party had been served. When it was brought to her attention, she actually yelled across the room and wanted to know, what was missing. She finally offered to bring it to me, very disrespectfully. I politely declined at that point because her attitude was awful. A gentleman in our party ordered the dry rub ribs and they were terrible. The ribs were very dry, actually boiled with some dry seasoning dumped on top. For the costs of the food you would think they would at least make it palatable and at the very least, bring you your order. Then to add insult to injury they automatically add 20% gratuity, so the waitress ? received a tip for being rude, obnoxious and wasting our evening when we could have gone somewhere that would have appreciated our patronage and helped us have an enjoyable evening. If you want good food and an enjoyable atmosphere I suggest you steer clear of Bourbon Raw. RUN don't walk away from this place!"

"On Saturday for lunch. We all enjoyed our food and loved how adaptable the food is. Party of 8 and our first time. Location: in a beautiful area of the city. Traffic was busy, but not unbearable. Parking felt scratched/limited; the shape of it made it for larger vehicles / 2 vehicles past. Atmosphere: clean, well lit. Open floor with table stands. You were able to get our 8 party right away. The tables were a little small, but feasible. Not loud. Tvs were mounted with a simple view. Service: friendly. I'm pretty sure we're training someone, and everything was good. They have reviewed with other employees to ensure that applications can be met. Food: fresh ground burger patties. burgers, salads, chicken sandwich, hot dog; Pages/appearants contain frits, onion rings, roasted green beans, roasted Okra, etc. We said that their onion rings are actually onion strings. The pages are a separate fee from your main rental order (i.e. the burgers do not automatically come with frits); but the size of the Fritten order is large enough to share (16 oz for $4 and we have not finished it between 2-3 people). They have different flavors (picky, garlic, sweet potato, etc.). You can build your own burger with a range of options for cheese, vegetables, sauces, patty mixtures, sauces, spices, rolls, etc. Prices: felt affordable. Some of them depend on how much you adjust it. For example, for 2 burgers (1 with regular patty, white rolls, salad, tomatoes, onion, Burbon bbq sauce, smoked Gouda, with a fried egg then another burger with brisket mixture, Bretzel rabbit, Chitpole mayo, ketchup, grilled onions, pepper Jack cheese) 2 drinks $4 fries came to share on $35. We were all full of it and almost all finished their plates with 2 persons, the remains. Overall, we would return. The prices were fair for the portions and how fresh the burgers were."

"I really enjoyed this location it was my favorite until a recent experience changed that for me. I simply called to place a to go order I was unaware they were closed. But I soon found out when a very rude employee answered as if they were open and when I asked could I place a order I was told no we are closed and the phone wad hung up in my face. (Rude). I purposely called back to speak with a member of manager which was Lisa. Honestly being rude and sarcastic was not the solution Lisa. You should be a leader that set good examples but instead you uphold bad customer service. If I'm calling to complain about a employee hanging up on me the polite thing to do is apologize not antagonists the customer. And sarcastically respond did I answer correctly for you while at the same time over talking me to say well I'm about to close enjoy your night and once again I was hung up by MANAGEMENT. This behavior from a manager is just distasteful. And I can honestly say customer service is just not the same anymore. Half of the people who apply to work with the public have the most distasteful, disgusting, attitude. Hopefully real management can address this issue 101 conversations should be had about how make sure a customer has a good experience. I'm sure this issue will be swept under the rug and no one will reach out about this issue. But I will be posting a follow-up soon."
