The made-to-order burgers are outstanding! You can customize them to your exact preferences. The service was exceptional as well! We’ve definitely added this spot to our list of must-visit places whenever we travel through Louisiana.

This place was fantastic! I ordered the brisket/chuck burger with a pretzel bun, smoked gouda cheese, Smith sauce, and a few other toppings, and it was incredible! We also got the cheese fries, which were excellent. To top it all off, I had the hazy IPA on tap, and it was perfect!

I asked for medium rare it was literally raw. It had no seasoning looked like it came from a frozen patty box. The onion rings were greasy and limp. The cook needs to turn the heat up on both the fryer and needs to check the internal temperature 130-135 of the patty before serving it to people. Cheese was solid not melted. Got an USDA organic hamburger ?The burger was okay but it wasn 't nothin special. For the price of the hamburger though... I was expecting something really good.They did have a chicken sandwich with cucumber sauce and coleslaw that was amazing.For three people four sandwiches the bill was 100 bucks so this place is a little pricey for the quality. $100 for three hamburgers and a chicken sandwich is a little much.Whataburger 's got a better hamburger ?

Additionally, the other two bourbon burgers arrived completely plain and dry. I ordered them as they are served on the menu, but they didn't even have BBQ sauce on them. I'm not sure what went wrong. The fifth burger was a Smith burger, but it only had the Smith sauce on it, missing the onion and cheese entirely. To top it off, the fries were soggy, and they were out of onion rings, so those were canceled. I'm really disappointed. We enjoy dining here, but after this experience, I’m not sure when I’ll return, unless I visit the Juban location.

So first off I want to say the bartender did an amazing job not only was he making the drinks and serving the 4 groups at the bar he was also taking care of at least 2 tables in the corner which unfortunately is where my problem came in. I placed an order at 6:20 and received an email that it would be ready at 7:22 I got there at 7:20 and was told they didn’t have an order for me once he looked at his tablet he realized it was because he didn’t confirm the order so after waiting 45 mins I had to wait an additional 20 to get my order as I said I don’t fault the bartender I fault the fact that he had way too much on his plate!!! Showed up for a birthday lunch, had multiple tables that had recently left but they didn't clear the tables. Came up to the podium to tell us we would have to wait at least 15 minutes due to how busy they were even though only half the tables were being used, people that were seated before we entered didn't have drinks, I told them we'd be willing to wait but could they at least clear a table so we could sit as there was no seating up front available and the person pointed to the bar area and said we could sit in there, I was not taking a minor into the bar area to wait. Worst service ever. Went to the one near blue bayou and had the best service ever.

The food overall was mediocre at best on most days, what really got me going was the fact that they charge one dollar for house made pickles on a burger. Keep in mind that the regular pickles are free but for some reason they justify their existence for these one dollar house made pickles and only gave you three small slices, this is absolutely ridiculous. If that company can justify a one dollar expenditure for pickles that were barely the size of a quarter and 3 small slices at that I can only speak of the fact that it must be a very selfish CEO and ownership. I really enjoyed this location it was my favorite until a recent experience changed that for me. I simply called to place a to go order I was unaware they were closed. But I soon found out when a very rude employee answered as if they were open and when I asked could I place a order I was told no we are closed and the phone wad hung up in my face. (Rude). I purposely called back to speak with a member of manager which was Lisa. Honestly being rude and sarcastic was not the solution Lisa. You should be a leader that set good examples but instead you uphold bad customer service.
