"Having worked in food service for quite some time, I can say that there are multiple health code violations at this place. During my last two visits, I found hair in my food, and just a day later, there was a fly in my quesadilla. Additionally, the "up next" wooden board that sits directly on top of the grill, along with the dough used for the tortillas, is covered in dust. This dust could easily fall into the tortilla mix, your food, or even into the grill itself.
My recommendations? For the restaurant, please ensure that your staff wears hair ties or nets. More than half of them do not take precautions to prevent hair from getting into the food. Please also clean the sign and anything else near the food preparation area.
As for customers, this place still has great food, but I advise you to be cautious. Make sure to inspect your meal and report any issues to management. As for me, even though I’m not sure how to go about it, I plan to find a way to file a complaint with the local health authorities. This restaurant urgently needs an inspection."
