"The food was disappointing! We started with a tuna jalapeño roll, but it had no presentation and smelled so fishy that we were hesitant to eat it. Clearly, the fish wasn’t fresh. I also ordered spring rolls, expecting them to be fresh, but instead, they tasted like they were previously frozen and then just thrown into a fryer—quite “off,” and it seemed like they used old oil, as they were still raw in the middle. When I asked for a fresh order, I received the same subpar dish again. The waiter kindly offered to replace it, so we tried the coconut shrimp, but that too was overcooked, tasteless, and fried in old oil. It feels like you might have to spend $100 on the 15-course “Experience” to really enjoy what the restaurant has to offer, but unfortunately, we were left disappointed. Additionally, we didn’t realize from the website that we would be seated right between the pool and the hot tub."
