"On our first visit, we were informed that they were out of everything, which we understand given the supply shortages caused by COVID. Eager to try again, we returned for our second attempt. We even checked Google for their hours, confirming they would be open. We arrived at 6:20 PM on a Tuesday in February, only to find that they were closed. It turned out they hadn't updated their hours on Google for over two months, despite changing them back in December.
We were really disappointed. I took the initiative to suggest the necessary updates to Google, which took less than five minutes. I’m giving this review two stars—not because of the food (which we didn’t get to taste), but due to the lack of customer service. We still love Rib Masters and hope to finally enjoy a meal there someday when they’re open and have food available. Please, let’s keep the hours updated on Google next time! Thank you!"
