"On our first visit, we were informed that they were out of everything, which we understand given the supply shortages caused by COVID. Eager to try again, we returned for our second attempt. We even checked Google for their hours, confirming they would be open. We arrived at 6:20 PM on a Tuesday in February, only to find that they were closed. It turned out they hadn't updated their hours on Google for over two months, despite changing them back in December. We were really disappointed. I took the initiative to suggest the necessary updates to Google, which took less than five minutes. I’m giving this review two stars—not because of the food (which we didn’t get to taste), but due to the lack of customer service. We still love Rib Masters and hope to finally enjoy a meal there someday when they’re open and have food available. Please, let’s keep the hours updated on Google next time! Thank you!"

I regrettably tried their catfish on a Friday night and it was a mistake. The fish was overly soggy and incredibly greasy, while the fries were completely unappetizing.

The brisket sandwich was pretty good, it was tender and juicy but being from south Louisiana I prefer my meat a bit more spicy. The waitstaff was friendly and eager to please.

Great Little spot in Bullard,Tx the reason for the 4 stars is no ribs my last visit and out of the past 2 years that I've known of this place always ave had everything on the menu but not my previous visit but all in all it's a Very Nice place!!

The last 2 times i have tried them they gave me chopped brisket instead of sliced brisket. I've never ordered chopped brisket because its usually full of fat and it was, thanks for nothing. I admit i should have checked it before I left but good grief.

Mr. and Mrs. Smith really know their BBQ. I highly recommend the ribs! I also appreciate how they give back to the local community, which speaks volumes about the owners and their business values. It's no surprise they have such a great reputation in our area!

This was the third time in 3 weeks every time was exceptional bbq ! The brisket was perfectly smoked moist and flavorful The ribs were very meaty, fall off the bone perfect. The sides were potato salad, coleslaw and beans were on point. I was also impressed with the amount of food served with each plate. We highly recommend can’t wait for next weekend, hell maybe tomorrow!
