"This truly Portland ice cream shop offers some wild and creative flavors that create a fun and adventurous atmosphere! I love that they encourage you to sample multiple flavors and even start asking what you'd like to try while you're still in line, giving you plenty of time to taste a few before reaching the counter. This approach means you don’t feel like you’re holding up the line, which, although long, moves quickly and is well worth the wait! The tastings are generous and served on real metal spoons—no plastic waste here! After trying strawberry balsamic, deviled egg, and fig-brie-cheesecake, I chose the fig-brie-cheesecake, though all the flavors were fantastic. If I had enough calories to spare, I would have happily enjoyed all three! It’s also great that they offer vegan, non-dairy options. This spot is now a must-visit on my next trip!"
