"There are two employees who short me every time I purchase ground chuck at the Collierville store. The guy who wears the bomber jacket in 90 degree plus heat entered the store from outside and immediately came behind the counter offering his assistance. When I suggested he wash his hands first he went to the back room even though there is a hand washing station directly behindwhere he was standing. He might have been gone 20 to 30 seconds and returned. Don't know how he could have washed thoroughly anddried his hands as completely as they appeared. I always check the weight of product when I get home and compare it to thereceipt. 3.4 lbs of ground chuck when I paid for 4 lbs. is the treatment I received yesterday. I cooked it after weighing andgave it to the dogs. Man bun is the other employee who shorts me every time. I won't be shopping there again, ever! Response toowner: Bomber jacket boy always has the jacket on in the store serving customers. If I said anything to the managers and theyconfront the employee what are they going to do to the product the next time I purchase? It was quite clear to me he didn'tbother to wash his hands when requested. But he did short me intentionally as he has done virtually every time he waited on me.$50 is a nice gesture but it doesn't resolve the fact that man bun and bomber jacket boy shorted me every time they waited onme. The hand washing incident was the final straw. The reason I'm writing this review is so people will know what some employeesat Thomas Meat and Seafood are like in my opinion based on my experience. There are others that are spot on every time. They arevery pleasant to deal with and I'd have them over for dinner anytime. It's unfortunate a few bad apples spoil basket."

"One of those stars up there was for our poor waiter. We went for Brunch on Sunday. What a mixed bag, we ate under a stuffed moose. You can tell it has been there forever... the customers were a sprinkle of some blue hairs and some young couples dressed up eating here. It is an interesting place. Straight off the cuff here... it was not worth the money and we had a groupon. I do not mind paying for quality (even without groupon ; hehe but this was not good at all. The waiter was great and completely in line with the service you would expect with the cost of the brunch. I have paid for some brunches in my day and this is the first time that the service was better then the food. Who has that much waiter service at brunch? They do. It is great actually and it was the brightest part of the meal. This does not included the host.... Some items were empty and there was still an hour to go for the brunch.. a pool of oil with some remains of beef in one.. Be warned, there was a labeled vegetarian Strata that had sausage (in my husband 's piece and turkey sausage (mine.. and YUCK was it dreadful in mine... bacon was soggy and fatty, sausage was cold in a covered pan... The diamond in the rough was the Bratwurst w/ Green Apples Sauerkraut which was fantastic. Their baked deserts are not made there and goodness knows where because I tried a single bite and it was HORRIBLE. UGH. TLDR: Yuck. .Nostalgia might take you there but if you don 't have that you won 't have much of anything else. Their Bratwurst w/ Green Apples Sauerkraut was very good."
