Bevo Mill - Menu

I was here a couple weekends ago for my brother's wedding and reception, and I thought it was a great venue. The wedding was meant to have a cozy feel, and Bevo Mill accompanied our 110 guests comfortably. The manager who assisted us with the arrangements was very helpful and had a very enjoyable attitude. Happy that my brother's big day went so well.

Went here again last month. I can't describe particular food... it's all a haze. It was fantastic, though. I ate so much that I wanted to cry. Not because it hurt, but because I just got to feeling emotional being that full. My friend and I felt like taking a nap after we departed. It was so good! And I guess I go there often enough that a chef recognized me. Lol. I plan to see you again soon, Bevo Mill.

I appreciate the feedback from the restaurant. The service was excellent, but the food was gross. How do you mess up string beans??? It was more like string bean broth soup. The mac n cheese shells was over cooked and scorched. I've seen several complaints regarding Mother's Day. My suggestion...concentrate on quality not quantity!! I love great food and unique atmosphere to enjoy it. My family and I was so disappointed. Plus it was FORTY BUCKS per person. We were there for the noon seating. Did you try the food?? The Bevo Mill is sure to wow you with (what I consider) one of the best brunches in the St. Louis area. From the architecture of the building to the array of buffet items, you will be pleasantly enthralled the entire time. You should make a reservation if you choose Bevo, and should absolutely come with an empty stomach! To not fully take advantage of the multitude of fine-made breakfast foods and meats would be a sin in my book. I love the **** Mary bar and the mimosas; you also have the option to customize omelets at the buffet. I can only complain a tiny bit about the price point, but when it comes down to it this truly is a finer brunch experience than the norm. I would suggest dressing...

Sadly I had booked because we wanted to also see the Christmas market. When we arrived there were fliers taped up that said it had moved locations. While we may get past that, we had a horrible experience with the actual meal. We waited over an hour between ordering and actually receiving our food. There was a bigger group ahead of us, but half the restaurant was empty so seemed those should offset. The waitress was kind and tried to give updates but she had limited information. Unfortunately, I made a reservation at this restaurant so we could also visit the Christmas market. Upon arrival, we discovered that the market had moved locations, which was disappointing. Despite this setback, our dining experience was even worse. We waited over an hour for our food to arrive after ordering, even though there was a large empty section in the restaurant. The waitress was friendly but lacked information on the delays. When the food finally arrived, one meal was missing and another was significantly delayed. Whoa, look at these bad reviews! Did I come on a good day? My mother had a craving for an all you can eat brunch buffet. Oh mom. With a little Yelping, we made our way to Bevo Mill. We came in early, I suppose, but asked if we had reservations. Of course not, but I'll keep it in mind since there were plenty of seating. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of food they had to offer. As you make your way counter clock wise from the breakfast station to lunch, you kinda get a little of everything. Yesterday morning, the bf and I went to Bevo Mill to try out the new brunch (with groupons in hand). I had to book a reservation 3 weeks in advance to get a decent seating time. The good thing is, they don 't schedule all of the tables to be full at once, so navigating the food setup was easy. I 've only been to Bevo one time before the new owners took over, but the interior was as lovely as I remember. One of those stars up there was for our poor waiter. We went for Brunch on Sunday. What a mixed bag, we ate under a stuffed moose. You can tell it has been there forever... the customers were a sprinkle of some blue hairs and some young couples dressed up eating here. It is an interesting place.
