"The auntie and uncle duo that own this place are so sweet! The service is so friendly and we are always met with a smile and a warm welcome as if we’ve known each other for a long time. The banh mi here is best fresh get the special combination! I’ve also had their pho which is good, and I’ve enjoyed many of their appetizers including their spring rolls and chicken wings. The Vietnamese lemon soda (soda chanh) is so refreshing when it is hot outside. Next I’ll try their banh xeo (a crispy, savory stuffed crepe served with leafy greens to wrap, and a sauce for dipping) which is not always on a menu at a typical Vietnamese spot You can order ahead, dine in, or use their self service kiosk inside I’ve used each one and every time the service has been good"

"Great Crab Rangoon! We like vegetables and most things on the menu had only some kind of pepper. (Red, green). We asked for one of our orders to have the vegetables that they offer in another dish which they readily agreed. But, it was not very good so I would recommend not to deviate from their regular menu choices. We will go back but we will make different choices."

"Best Sushi in Palm Harbor. Yama-Taiyo's definitely has the best sushi in the Palm Harbor area. I got my whole office to come here maybe once a month, it's so good. The staff is very nice and even though we normally have complicated orders (allergies and picky-eaters). I always enjoy my meal and their lunch-boxes are the best deal I've ever seen for a sushi place. Highly recommended."

"I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food at this restaurant! I discovered it while shopping nearby. Although the exterior is somewhat unremarkable, the interior is surprisingly spacious, although it could be a bit brighter. Masks are required during the COVID-19 period. We were seated promptly and the service was both quick and friendly. We ordered the vermicelli spring rolls as an appetizer, along with basil chicken fried rice and a vermicelli salad bowl for our main courses. Everything was delicious! The basil chicken was slightly burnt, but that might be how it's meant to be cooked? Either way, all the dishes were enjoyable. I highly recommend this place!"

While there are a few spots to grab a midday sandwich, if you’re looking for a proper dinner that isn’t just served between two slices of bread, this is the place to go. Just let the owner or server know you’re vegan, and they will modify dishes so cleverly that even non-vegans wouldn’t notice the difference. "I ordered the Peppered Steak and the onions and red peppers were on point. The sauce was a great consistency and very flavorful.My husband got the Beef Pho and he was doing a crazy happy dance while eating his meal.We ordered the potstickers, they were crispy on the edges and I couldn't get enough of the dipping sauce.We ordered our food to go because we ordered so late to closing and felt guilty. We were just passing through during our road trip and were lucky they were open to feed our craving. The food was ready fast and the staff was very gracious. We took our food to some picnic tables in the little plaza and had a sunset dinner while the fireflies flittered around us. Pretty sweet impromptu date while on the road.And I always love a good pun, the name made us laugh when we realized it's because we were in Rockford. ?"

"I came here with friends and they left ingredients out of almost everything we ordered; no pineapple for the fried rice, no crab for the Lee's Summit roll, no BASIL LEAVES or eggplant for the green curry. "I had an amazing experience at this Thai restaurant! I tried the tom kha soup, fried spring rolls, and pad thai. The tom kha soup was overflowing with chicken, mushrooms, and rich flavors. The fried spring rolls were perfectly crispy and served hot; they paired wonderfully with the sweet and sour sauce. The pad thai was among the best I've ever tasted. The noodles weren't overly starchy, and the dish was generously filled with chicken, bean sprouts, and peanuts served on the side. I ordered it at medium spice; while it wasn't too spicy, I truly enjoyed the delicious sauce that coated the noodles. To top it off, I had a refreshing Thai iced tea.
