"I discovered this restaurant based on a recommendation from a friend in Scottsdale who highly praised it as one of his top spots for seafood. Despite its unassuming location in a strip mall, I was pleasantly surprised by our dining experience. We were warmly welcomed and decided to sit outside to enjoy our oysters and spicy tuna bowls. While there is no table service, you order at the front and they bring the food to you. The tuna was fresh and delicious, perfectly paired with delicious vegetables. Don't be fooled by its appearance - you will be pleasantly surprised by Chula during your visit."
