"DO NOT COME HERE!!! We came here to see the fight. We ask if there was free seating because my sister it handicap and she can’t stand for long. They said yes and seated us at a table and told us we can sit at the table all night. As the night went on and the fight was about to start, we noticed the $1000 section were not sold and still empty. To our surprise they came to our table and told us we had to get up because our table had been sold. Of course we told them that we were told we could sit because this was one of the free tables. They said we had to move to another area but there were no tables for my sister to sit, so unfortunately we had to leave after paying our money because my sister can not stand. This was such a horrible experience. It was very disappointing. We will never return. Hopefully, they will treat the next handicap person a little better."

"The Sunset Grill is an excellent dining spot with an overwhelming number of choices. We sampled three appetizers: Cheese Curds, Shrimp, and Reuben rolls—all of which were fantastic. I ordered the Ahi Tuna Salad, and the jalapeños added a nice kick. The tuna was perfectly grilled and had just the right amount of char. My wife opted for the Shrimp Wraps, which she loved, especially with the Mango Habanero sauce (definitely ask for extra!). Another person at our table tried the taco salad without the shell and found it just okay. The last diner ordered wings for dinner, and they were devoured in no time. The service was prompt and very courteous, with no waits for anything. The atmosphere is wonderful, whether you choose to sit inside or outside. We will definitely return the next time we're in town!"

"Burger Up is well known in Nashville for having one of best if not THE best burgers in town. The trendy burger joint had a line wrapped around the corner when we arrived. But, luckily, there were two seats at the bar that we snagged.The restaurant is communal-style seating, which I'm noticing is kind of a trend in Nashville. But, we got the same sort of effect at the bar. "This was once a wonderful place to spend an afternoon or evening. It has changed entirely. While meal portions have shrunken, and prices have gone up, these are the least of this establishment 's problems. Customer service is at an all time low. It was my husband 's birthday. He took our daughter to out to dinner here, his favorite Ithaca restaurant. The hostess mistakenly typed in his phone number incorrectly at check in; after an hour of waiting, he went to check on their table. It had been given away. These things happen, it 's understandable. But the manager 's response was inexcusable. He said, and I quote, If you 're going to be unhappy, you can leave. No apology, nothing. He had the chance to make a full recovery from the 1:20 min wait the restaurant ended up creating on this special evening, but instead he was petty and rude. Don 't bother patronizing this establishment. It 's clear they don 't care about their customers, even the long time loyal ones.Addendum: A person who was also dining at the restaurant overheard the exchange and anonymously paid the bill. My husband only discovered this when he went to pay. Incredible kindness. Many thanks. Sadly, we won 't dine here again. The food isn 't what it used to be, and the management is just awful. They have created a culture where the customer doesn 't matter.There is no reason to support an establishment that doesn 't value its customers."
