"Most excellent!. You are in a top notch restaurant with a well trained chef when you don't have to season anything at the table. Kil@Wat is such an eatery. Closed Sunday evening, we discovered that the Kil@Wat's kitchen provides a limited menu to Clear, the hotel lounge and provides room service. We enjoyed the Butternut Squash soup and the Modern Caesar Salad. Both were fresh and balanced. We dined at Kil@Wat the next day and enjoyed the well prepared Mushroom Pappardelle entree as well as the NY strip steak with truffled frites. This kitchen uses high quality, fresh ingrediants and prepares a distinctive menu. The prices are very reasonable and the serving sizes perfect. I'll take quality over quantity any day."

"My sister picked up dinner for me and my Mom. I ordered the Chicken Pesto Parm and my Mom order the Harvest Bowl. My sister clarified with the server the ingredients of each order prior to payment but the order was wrong. Unfortunately they forgot the quinoa in my salad. It would not have been a big deal but the server state the order is correct after my sister asked."

"During our visit to The Capitol and the Holocaust museum, my brother and I stopped for lunch at Sweetgreen Capitol Hill on our way to the metro train. They offer a wide variety of salads, and we both chose the Fish Taco Salad, which was made with Roasted steelhead, avocado, shredded cabbage, cilantro, tortilla chips, warm quinoa, arugula, sweetgreen hot sauce, and lime cilantro jalapeño vinaigrette. The salad was a generous size with fresh and flavorful vegetables, and the salmon was delicious. The service was good, and the establishment was very clean."

"I ordered delivery from DoorDash while I was in the hospital. I chose to build my own bowl. The food arrived still warm and was okay, but the portion size was disappointingly small, only filling 1/3 of the bowl. It seemed like the food had been sitting around all day. I had to tear up the whole basil leaves that were placed on top. Overall, it gave me the impression that this restaurant may not be the best choice for quality or attention to detail. However, it was still much better than the hospital food."

"When I dine in at this location, everything is great. Nothing has ever been messed up, and I enjoy the food. Unfortunately, this is a delivery app, and when I order delivery, theres almost always a problem. The first time I ordered delivery from here, I got the wrong dressing. No biggie, it still tasted good. The second time, I ordered a custom salad and an ingredient was missing. That annoyed me, because the ingredient was chickpeas, which has a lot of protein. Protein is what makes you feel full. So, I wound up spending $30 on something that didnt fill me up because the store made a mistake. The third time, everything was fine. No complaints. Now, Ive just ordered delivery from here for a fourth time, and SEVERAL ingredients were missing from my bowl. I requested extra blackened chicken. I did not get extra. There was no crispy rice in the crispy rice bowl, either. Nor was there cabbage. Nor was there the wild rice. Again, I spent $30 on what amounted to a few paltry mouthfuls of food. I like this location, generally. I like this companys food. But this is getting ridiculous. I dont think I can order from here in the future if Im going to have to pay $30 to receive $12 of food. Thats disgraceful."

"The servers did not greet me when I entered, and then pointedly greeted a customer that was behind me, not even ordering yet. I told the server I have a $3 plate credit can I apply it to my order. She barely understood English and tried to tell me I can use the plate credit on the day specified. I explained to her that you can use the credit up until the date specified. She then proceeded to ring me up and charge me the full price. Another associate stood there blankly. These employees need to be trained in customer service and if they don't know how to do something call a manager. I am upset because I have spent a lot of money at sweet green downloaded the app but I'm not getting any rewards or points.Vegetarian options: Everything can be made veganDietary restrictions: Vegan and vegetarian options"

"I love this type of make-your-own-salad arten from restaurants and sweet green gets bonus points for organic and local ingredients. they even have a list of which each item comes from! Many of the menu item salate sound delish and veganisable, but I decided to go with mesclun greens, caramelized wobble, spicy sunflower seeds, avocado and tofu. the last 2 cost extra, but they are what the salat work done. sat with the pesto vinaigrette, one of several vegan dressings are all clearly marked. the beet could have been tender and juicy, but the salate was really excellent. my only complaining was that my man ordered the edible shell with tofu, instead of with hawn and it came with hawn, so she made him a new one. I also flew in a cone for my son, and they gave it to me in a cup. when I repeated that I wanted a conus that the guy just seemed the first one that seemed pretty wasting, but I don't know what he could have done. No matter, it's a really good lunch place on the main line!"

"I ordered the barbecue chicken and squash bowl, but it was not even half full. Despite paying $17 for the meal, I found myself still hungry, as it felt more like a snack. I was surprised to see that there was no tip jar for spare change. While the food was tasty, I was disappointed to find that the plastic sauce container had been placed inside the bowl and covered, causing it to melt and deform. I raised this health and toxicity issue with the employee, who dismissed it, citing the use of eco-friendly packaging. However, the sauce container was clearly made of plastic and not biodegradable. Concerned that the melted plastic may have leached into my food, I insisted that the employee dispose of the sauce and educate the rest of the staff to prevent similar mistakes in the future. Unfortunately, she did not seem to care about the issue. Given the price and the portion size, I am unlikely to return to this restaurant. My friend mentioned that other locations have been more generous in filling up his bowl. Additionally, the use of individually packaged disposable plastic forks is concerning, prompting me to question when our world will move away from excessive plastic use."

"I ordered the mushroom tofu salad $16. Tofu and rice are salty. Miso dressing (regular) is a bit oily too. Otherwise a decent salad, definitely filling and a large portion. Upsells are kinda ridiculous tho $1.50 2.00 for things like avocado and cheese (basically everything tasty). It was served with a slice of wheat bread (olive oil if you ask but no butter). ?Hot bowls? are misleading to a new visitor it?s still a cold salad? so not exactly hot in any way? I guess they just mean ?cooked? additions to your salad. What?s nice is there?s a variety of protein or ?hot? choices like salmon, chicken, tofu, etc. Outside seating is fun because it?s an old theater but you?re on a slant so if you vertigo eat inside. Staff was friendly although half of them gave off an arrogant vibe just with glaring looks, no smiles, etc. Maybe it was because they had a lunch rush? I don?t know I was one out of 2 other guests? customer service (from my point of view) should feel like they?re happy you?re there not excited to get rid of you. The server who made my salad was hyper sensitive to my nut allergy for which I?m extremely grateful. Thank you for that I wish I had asked your name to give you public recognition! I?ll go back and try something different just to give it another chance. Recommended at least once for salad only lovers."

"I've loved other sweetgreen locations in the past, but this one was so-so. The girls working there were miserable (even though it was slow and we were the only other customers besides one other person). They didn't greet us and were super condescending; if you asked them a question or took just a little too long looking at the options, they acted like we were wasting their time. After we checked out, we saw that there was a Mezeh and wished we had taken our business there instead."

"I did delivery for my office and the food was packaged fine HOWEVER, I took the first bite of my food and immediately tasted dirt. I was willing to let it go but then my pregnant coworker found a live insect crawling out of her food. Now no one wants to eat their salads which we paid A LOT of money for. We both had romaine as a common factor and I would put money down that they did not thoroughly wash their romaine which in the past has caused serious illness and food recall. Whether you use pesticides or not… you should always thoroughly wash and inspect your romaine before serving to customers. This was incredibly disappointing as I’m jumping through hoops trying to get a refund for one expensive salad, while others are wasted due to this experience. I will not be returning to sweet greens nor any of the people in this office."

"First time, **** amazing. Hot honey chicken plate with pesto. I also had a side dressing of hot cashew, not bad. The pesto is delicious and makes the hot honey bowl even better. "I was excited to try the salads at this restaurant, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The choices for toppings were limited, especially for vegan protein sources - only tofu was available, and you had to pay extra for it. This seemed ironic for a restaurant that claims to focus on sustainability and animal welfare. Additionally, I was surprised to find that you had to pay for dressings unless you wanted something as simple as balsamic vinegar. I ended up ordering a takeaway salad with mixed greens, wild rice, red cherry tomatoes (regular cherry tomatoes cost extra), basil and coriander leaves, baked tofu with lime juice, and balsamic vinegar. The salad was okay, but I didn't think it was worth the nearly $15 price tag. The website mentions that the menu is seasonal and may vary by location, so I may have just had an unlucky experience with the limited options and service provided."

"I had a terrible experience with the staff at this restaurant location on 8/28/23 at 9:30pm. My food arrived partially opened, so I went back to the store to have it remade for safety reasons. The staff informed me that sometimes their food lids are not sealed properly and there is nothing they can do about it. This goes against standard food safety practices, as most restaurants would remake the food in such cases. The supervisor resealed the lid and claimed that my food was not delivered unsealed, despite my having to return to the store. Additionally, during a phone call with their manager in front of me, they spoke in Spanish, a language I do not understand, which made me uncomfortable about the conversation's content. In the end, I had to order a completely new salad. I plan to reach out to corporate to suggest implementing a process to prevent similar issues in the future."

"Inconsistency issues. While the food is consistently good, I've encountered frequent problems with the accuracy of my online orders. For instance, tonight I ordered a harvest bowl and specifically requested it be tossed with dressing, but it arrived without any dressing at all. I reviewed the receipt, and it looks like they misinterpreted my request. I can see how they might forget to toss the salad, but I believe adding dressing is an important detail!"

"They're always busy but the staff is fast and efficient! I've been going to this location for a whole year already and I'm always impressed by Josh and Elliot! They're always multi tasking like a boss and making sure that food quality and customer service is A !! all while they make everyone feel special! Julia and Jackie are my GIRLS! They're soo informative and kind! They will patiently answer every single question about every item!I smile my biggest smile when I see Julio, Danny and Morena because they always wave and greet me and make me feel like they're actually happy to see me! Sometimes I wish they wouldn't be so fast at making my salad so I could talk to them longer!! ALSO, Casey and Michael are so cute and funny I just cant help but admire their charms while i wait in line!! i've never had so much fun ordering A SALAD! "Sweetgreen is a chain similar to chopt, they sell salads you can build from scratch or pick from a menu and prepare it right away. You can order to eat in, take out or deliver. The salads are good portions, the recipes are good and the staff friendly. I would definitely recommend ordering in advance for lunch during the work week as it can be busy and delay your order if you just show up at the counter. I've been to this place several times and they offer some rewards with the app too. Removing one star for a price that could be slightly lower."

"I had lunch at this location for the first time today and had to take the time to thank the staff. I ordered a bowl and had started mixing, before getting a chance to take a single bite I ended up dropping the entire bowl on my lap. The employees wereincredibly kind and insisted on cleaning it up and making me a new one. They most definitely did not need to do either of thesethings and they did so without hesitation. I did not get a chance to get their names before they went back to work but just wantto thank the young lady with the bomb box braids who re-made the bowl for me and the gentleman with the great mustache whocleaned my deceased salad."
