I ordered the lentil avocado salad and was thoroughly impressed. It was so delicious that I couldn't even finish it all. I saved the other half and had it for breakfast the next day!

I ordered a bowl for takeout that was less than half full and the bread was noticeably stale. This experience was absolutely ridiculous and not worth the money. Rating: 1 out of 5 for the food.

This was the best salad I have ever had. I am hooked! I wish I had tried them sooner. The salad was incredibly fresh and delicious. They even included a detailed list of every item in the salad. I love their service and I love their food.

Today, my son came to visit me and the first thing he asked was, "Mom, where can I get a good salad from?" Without hesitation, I immediately recommended Sweetgreens for their make-your-own salad option. He thoroughly enjoyed it and said he was adding the name to his DoorDash contacts. Definitely the best salad in the neighborhood!

I had high hopes for the Miso Glazed Salmon, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The salmon was extremely overcooked, requiring a knife to cut through it. The jasmine rice was undercooked to the point of being crunchy. I'm unsure if this was just one bad batch or the typical quality at Sweetgreen, but I will not be returning for another chance. Located conveniently across the street from Columbia University, this Sweetgreen branch is a great spot to enjoy a nutritious salad or similar dish. Customers have the option to create their own salad or choose from the menu. I have always been pleased with the quality of their food. While only a limited number of items on the menu are vegan, some dishes can be modified to suit a vegan diet. It would be preferable if more of the default items were vegan-friendly, allowing for easier customization for those with different dietary preferences.

While they are capable of making delicious salads, their downfall lies in their consistent lack of attention to take-out and delivery customers. It is common for them to run out of specific items that customers have ordered, yet instead of canceling the order or providing a partial refund, they have chosen to deliver incomplete meals as a matter of policy. This has resulted in some truly remarkable instances, such as receiving an arugula salad with no arugula or a bowl supposed to have seven ingredients but only containing chicken, sweet potato, cabbage, and no dressing. When I dine in at this location, everything is great. Nothing has ever been messed up, and I enjoy the food. Unfortunately, this is a delivery app, and when I order delivery, theres almost always a problem. The first time I ordered delivery from here, I got the wrong dressing. No biggie, it still tasted good. The second time, I ordered a custom salad and an ingredient was missing. That annoyed me, because the ingredient was chickpeas, which has a lot of protein. Protein is what makes you feel full. So, I wound up spending $30 on something that didnt fill me up because the store made a mistake. The third time, everything was fine. No complaints.
