"I visited this restaurant for drinks twice during my vacation in Virginia Beach—once on the night of October 2nd and again on the afternoon of the 3rd. The establishment is no longer known as H Bar; it has been rebranded as Fisher's. Personally, I feel the reviews don't accurately reflect the quality of this place. The food is excellent; on the 3rd, I enjoyed a delicious crab dip. The drinks are also quite good. On the 2nd, I tried a Titan Rum Runner (be warned, this drink might not agree with you, no matter how much you enjoy it). Overall, my experience was enjoyable!"
