"Service here wasn’t very good. We walked in to a pretty much empty bar. bar tender was standing there talking said he would be with us in a minute. Continued to wait over 30 minutes when there was 5 bar tenders all standing around doing nothing. Dude didn’t seem like he wanted to serve us. We finally got are 3 drinks ordered after having to flag him down. He said it was ten dollars a drink ended giving us attitude when we gave him $30 because the bill was $50 somehow. Wasn’t friendly, very rude and unwelcoming not to mention the how expensive it is."

Disgusting and condiments were two years expired since June 2022. $100 (with mandatory gratuity) for disgusting ? food. I’m over it.

$35 for two orange crushes including an automatic 20% gratuity. WAY overpriced. They may be able to gouge tourists, but this local will never come back here. The Shack offers better crushes for half the price.

The food was great, we ordered to go, and the waitress was polite but when we paid we noticed that there was an added gratuity of 15% when nowhere on the menu does it state that and there’s no reason there should be 15% gratuity added on to a take out order. If you’re going to have an auto gratuity put it on the menu.

Food was ok. There were no waiters taking orders. I had to go to a bar and order my food and drinks from a bartender. The waiter brought our food but no one checked on us. Then I had to go back to a bar to close a check. They automatically added a 20% gratuity which is ridiculous considering there was no waiter and no real service. Expensive too. View menu

We just had drinks and they were fair to good. No one around to seat us so we got drinks at the bar and took a table for our group. No one serving ever spoke to us. Place was moderately busy. The majority of the seats at the bar were taken. Place was clean. Price and size for a rail drink at an oceanside bar was better than expected by a buck or two.

this was by far the worst service i have ever gotten at a bar. bartenders wouldn’t give us the time of day to ask if we wanted a drink when it was a decently empty bar night. when my family and i finally attempted to order our drinks we were met with extremely rude and hateful remarks which therefore made us leave. i was so disappointed it looked like such a cute spot but will never be returning
