When we encountered a slight issue with one of the dishes the chef was preparing especially for us, Tina personally came over to our table to explain the delay and ensure we were taken care of. She could not have been more accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Tina provided outstanding customer service and truly exceeded our expectations. I will definitely return, not only because the food is delicious, but also for the exceptional service. A restaurant's true quality shines through in how they address issues when they arise, and I have honestly never experienced such gracious and seamless handling of a situation by owners before, along with their extra efforts to accommodate their customers.
