"The quanta firfir was ok the first couple of times I got it. The third time around, I’m certain it was made by a different cook with either a thick hair or a pet with black hair because not only was the food meh but it also came with a long strand of black hair yuck! So far, the Bay Area has been a disappointment when it comes to Ethiopian cuisine! You guys need to learn the basics of Ethiopian cooking before opening up restaurants."

"I’m sad to write a bad review about this place. The flavors were so good but the food came out cold. I’m sure if the dish was served at the proper temperature it would have been a great. However, it was very apparent that they made the dishes in advance and tried to microwave them before serving. I’m not that upset about the advance preparation but giving us cold and badly warmed food ruined the experience. This was especially disappointing given the high price we paid for it. In addition, the service was almost non-existent and when we told our waitress the food was cold she didn’t apologize or seem too alarmed by it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3"
