"Food was good. They messed up my order, I was the errand runner for work, called and told them they messed it up. Little kid on phone said there was nothing he could do since I couldn 't come back to get it corrected. (As I stated, I was working). Asked tospeak to manager. Blanca , apparently the assistant manager got on the phone, and again stated, literally, there 's nothing Ican do . Fifty bucks, they screwed the order up, and couldn 't even offer a free french fries or soda or anything? Last time Iheard and when I was in food service myself, we NEVER told the customer there was nothing we could do . I hope the owner isdisappointed in his management team. They literally just lost 4 regular customers. The assistant manager might not be able to doanything, but Google reviews are a real thing. Make sure you check every single thing when you get your food. Because they can 't do anything to correct your order. We will never go back. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to any location.
