"I?ve been here multiple times hoping the service will get better because the food is decent. Nope and last week was our last time ordering. Had delivery over the summer that was well over an hour on a week night. Forgave that and then decided to pick up the next time. My next visit- After placing an online order and showing up 1/2 hour later was told phones and credit card machines were down so they were working on that problem. Ok did you get my online order? Yes, but still not ready. Now mind you I am there picking up food with two hungry children. So after 20 minutes of waiting I ask for a slice and drink for them to split to hold them over. Food comes out after being there for about 45 minutes, you would think they could?ve at least given us the slice since I wouldn?t have ordered it if my food was ready. Fast forward to last weeks order, last Sunday place order was told 35 minutes for pick up. Show up 40 minutes later and wait 20 more minutes for food to come out. Order 3 adult ravioli dinners (won?t order my children kids ravioli anywhere knowing it?s a small amount) get home my husband opens ravioli and sees each order only has 4 each?!?!? Are you kidding me? $12.95 x 3 for 12 raviolis? My husband had to make a pot of pasta because he and our children were still hungry. Also if your going to constantly have the same young lady at the register ask her to smile once in a while and be a little more friendly. I wish you guys luck because all these reviews are on the service end and I haven?t seen changes, so makes me wonder if you take these into consideration? Edited to add- Would just like to show what a real ravioli dinner looks like. 8 raviolis with vodka sauce for only $14.50 (with reg red sauce and 8 raviolis they were also $12.95) and they gave both my boys free gingerbread cookies for no reason at the end of dinner. Even though we go out of our way for this restaurant in hopewell we realized we would rather spend gas money for better service and portions. Also I see the review from yesterday and once again see how reviews aren?t making a difference."

"I have to say, sometimes the younger staff can be a bit scattered, like leaving you waiting even when your food is ready. I hope they've improved on that since I mentioned how unprofessional it is. I really appreciate the quality and speed of their food. This review specifically focuses on their cheese pizza, which is outstanding! Unfortunately, the rest of the menu falls short. The pasta is too watery and lacks flavor. The vegetable pizza is just a poor combination of thick, unwashed vegetables on dough. And the grilled chicken? It looks completely white – definitely not grilled! For vegetarians, the options aren’t very appetizing. If you have dietary restrictions, I did notice some gluten-free vegetarian choices. As for parking, you’ll need to be patient. Kids under 12 eat free on Tuesdays (just double-check for any conditions). In terms of accessibility, the restaurant doesn't seem to cater well to those using wheelchairs; the doors lack buttons for easier access, and the aisles aren’t wide enough for comfortable navigation. However, I believe they would help accommodate anyone in need, and I’m sure other customers would step in too!"

"This place serves the best pizza in town, making many other options seem bland in comparison. Their other menu items are equally delicious and come in generous portions. The prices are reasonable as well. Parking is a bit of a challenge since it's shared with nearby restaurants, so it's first come, first served. Being close to a college means weekends can be especially tricky for finding a spot. However, the restaurant is wheelchair accessible."

"I remember this place when it was on Amboy avenue Hall Ave. So my history is well versed with their slices and customer service.I have seen many pizza parlors come and go in this town, but unfortunately this location has been on the decline since the shutdowns. I remember getting deliveries so piping hot we used to wait until the pizza cooled before we could eat it.I have even tried to continue supporting them via the SLICE app but the deliveries are just getting slower and sloppier on very easy orders. I just can't do it anymore with so much better local competition. The nostalgia is officially gone.I have asked for very simple requests like well done slices and well done wings but continue to get cold or warm food when it arrives approx 1.7 miles away.I ESPECIALLY have a sour taste in my mouth from pre-tipping and still getting my order at the last minute of the day, so I can't call the restaurant back and let them know my food was cold upon arrival.I waited 4 days to post this because I wanted to let the waning feeling of disappointment subside but SLICE offered me a free pizza and a $5 credit for my inconvenience this morning and peeling that scab off was the straw that broke the camel's back and now you're reading my review.Do yourself a favor and drive down to Smith Street before stopping here."

"I would have only given 1 or maybe half a star based on the $10 minimum order for using a card. I understand that the owner incurs some costs, but it is frustrating when you only want a slice and a drink. However, the crust and the pizza itself were some of the best tasting and most authentic I have had in the area and even in Montgomery County. Kudos on the pizza. It may be worth considering waiving the fee for first-time customers so they are more likely to return and are prepared with cash if they have a smaller order. I will definitely be back because the pizza crust saved me from being angry, ruining my lunch/day, and wanting to write a negative review. This review is actually positive."

"Just tried their 12' cauliflower crust with mushrooms and meatballs added, and i must say it was delicious. I'm sincerely hoping it was gluten-free and all, as it was thin, crisp, and perfectly cooked. I'm a fan and will return for that. So many places are doing cauliflower, but it's the small frozen kind you can get at the store, or it's essentially a block of cheese with a few bits of veg inside. This was easily the best one I've had. These guys make a good pie, had a regular margarita recently that was very flavorful. Good addition to the area!"

"MUST try. We 've passed this pizzeria so many times because it 's in a small shopping center. We were so tired of all the pizza places out here so we decided to give them a try (I 'm a 1st generation Italian) We actually didn 't get the pizza because of all the different dishes looked so delicious, we had to try them I had a Sausage, Pepper, and Onions sub. (Oh, the good old days) Husband had a cheese steak sub. We loved them both. Extremely clean, excellent servers, wonderful cooks. Also, very attentive. The decore is awesome. You will see by the pictures. They also sell wine and they have some outdoor tables again, the server 's went out to the family there sooo many times. The atmosphere is very nice, the restaurant is bright, and comfortable. I don 't know why I 'm saying this but, the tables are very large and spacious. Ladies, You can actually get in and out of the Booth without having to scooching. (You know what I mean). I stood up and WALKED in and out without any scooching LOL The prices are equivalent to any other pizzeria but you will be happier to pay the prices here. DID I MENTION the sell pizza by the SLICE? I love that. I don 't want to get a whole pie for just 1 or 2 slices As an Italian, I say Try it, you 'll like it See the wonderful pictures SORRY, I always forget to take the WHOLE meal because I 'm too busy drooling over my order. Great LARGE side salad also"

"I would recommend opting for takeout, as the delivery driver didn't have GPS and it took about an hour for my food to arrive. I ended up waiting outside for 20 minutes to make things easier, but I can't hold that against him since I live on a rather hidden street in New Rochelle. However, the pizza was absolutely amazing—SO good! The wings also impressed me, and overall, it was definitely worth the wait. The pizza looked great out of the box and had very little grease. The crust was delicious too!"
