"I visited Sbarro around 6:00 pm when I was the only customer inside. A man was putting pizzas in the oven and noticed me several times but never acknowledged me; instead, he walked away to chat with a coworker. Another man appeared from the back and just stood there, seemingly indifferent to the fact that there was a customer waiting. When three more people arrived, the two employees continued talking among themselves instead of attending to us. I had to approach the cash register to ask where to place my order. The man by the oven simply pointed to where I was standing. The woman he was speaking with then took my order but greeted me abruptly with "What do you want?"—no pleasantries or politeness. I asked for pizzas and garlic bread, and she placed them in the oven before moving on without letting me finish. When I told her I also wanted spaghetti with meatballs, she asked if it was to-go or dine-in, and when I said dine-in, she packed it in a very awkward container. At payment, I requested two sodas. After receiving my food, I was told they no longer provide trays since COVID, which I understood, but the plates were very thin and low quality, making it difficult to handle the food. I paid nearly $35, but the quality was disappointing—it wasn’t like the old days. The spaghetti came with almost no sauce and only one meatball, and the bottom of the container was greasy. Overall, the customer service was poor, and I cannot recommend this place. I regret not taking more photos."
