"We had to wait 20 minutes for a table, despite numerous empty tables available, which leads me to believe there might have been a staffing issue. After we were seated, we ordered drinks, including a Mimosa, but it took longer for that to arrive than for the other drinks. We also noticed that two tables who was seated after us received their food before we did. My husband was still waiting for a coffee refill, so I decided to ask about everything. When the coffee finally came, it was from a nearly empty pot, and we were told that fresh coffee had just been made in the back, but of course, we didn’t get any of that. Eventually, most of our food arrived, but it was lukewarm. We were informed that the chicken Caesar salad came from a different location. By the time all our food was served, we had already eaten most of what had been brought out. I should mention that when the coffee refill and our food arrived, excuses were made for why the other tables were served first. The most amusing excuse was that the delay was because the Mimosa took longer to prepare!"
