"We decided to give Valley Creek another try and placed an order tonight. Unfortunately, my husband's onion rings were completely missing from our order, despite him clearly ordering them over the phone. His charbroiled chicken was bland and seemingly only cooked for about 5 seconds. My salmon Caesar salad was decent, thanks to the packaged dressing, but some of the salad was poorly chopped, some pieces were just wilted, and the salmon was overcooked and dry. I understand the importance of food safety, but salmon can be cooked properly without being dry or lacking flavor. Sadly, we will not be ordering from this restaurant again, nor can we recommend it. Perhaps Mr. Robert Irvine might be able to provide some much-needed cooking guidance?"
