"I typically don’t write reviews, but my experience here was really disappointing. I ordered over $100 worth of food, but received what looked like small portions when we had requested larges. We were told to expect our food in 25 minutes, and after waiting 30, we were informed it would be another 20 minutes. We also paid extra for onion rings in one of our meals, but they never arrived. We drove all the way back to resolve the issue, and the woman at the counter laughed as if she was amused by our situation, and reluctantly went to fetch some from the kitchen. Although the food we received was good, the service was extremely poor. I wouldn’t recommend getting takeout from here. It seemed like the locals were content with having to clean their own tables before sitting down."

Came fron NY visiting. Small portions. The mayonaise served as the dip for the fish. Way to pricey for what you get. Mayonaise is not tarter sauce. Terrible ...kids fooling around running it

I ordered 2 combo haddock nuggets and bay scallops. 4 haddock nuggets and like 6 tiny bay scallops for 35.00 with dash fee. My girlfriend and I were disappointed in the lack of portion size .

never again! what a disappointment! we were long patrons, drove 25 minutes tonight to pick up our dinner just to get home with the half of it. When we asked that they would only reimburse us for the items we did not receive, they literally laughed at the phone and refused to give us our money back. I've been ordering from this restaurant for years without any problems, but after they relocated to Sophie's on Route 11, the quality of the food has deteriorated significantly. I called to express my concerns, but the manager was rude and claimed that DoorDash must have eaten my onion rings and burned the 10 fries that were served on my plate. When I requested a refund, she refused, saying they could only offer me a handful of fries the next time I ordered.

The staff, was nice, and helpful. There did seem to be some confusion on who was working in what area, but they got the job done. Unfortunately the food is not great. I went in to grab lunch. A clam cake and a seafood chowder. I'm not sure if the clam cake came frozen off a sysco truck. I don't believe they are made at the location. The seafood chowder was blah. No flavor, I tried adding a fisherman's seasoning to it. Seasoning typically goes a long way, however there was no help for this chowder. The shrimp seemed over cooked as well. I ended up throwing the rest away. They did give a single serve wrapped roll for the chowder that was pretty good.
