"This is an excellent Vietnamese restaurant! It's one of the few places in the DFW area that prepares Banh Hoi in the traditional way and serves it all day, unlike some other Vietnamese establishments. I was pleasantly surprised to find that many of their main dishes, as well as beverages like the Soda Chanh Muoi (salted lemon soda), are made in a very traditional style, without any fusion or Americanized twists. It truly felt like a special experience, and I will definitely be returning. My wife ordered the Vegetarian Tofu Vermicelli, and it was also fantastic! If you’re in the area, I highly recommend visiting this spot. The food was incredibly satisfying, and the service was outstanding! I haven't encountered many Vietnamese restaurants with such good service. Faith, the manager, was wonderful, and it was refreshing to see the staff so enthusiastic and passionate about the dishes they serve. Thank you, and we will be back!"
