Pho Midway - Menu

I really enjoy visiting this restaurant. It's small and charming, and they treat you like a member of the family! The prices are reasonable, and the food is delicious! I even ordered a second item from the menu to take home for dinner!

The food here is absolutely DELICIOUS! Every time I come here, I get fast service and the food is always hot and fresh. I usually get Thai tea, crispy egg rolls and chicken pho. This restaurant has such a great team working here as well. They are always super friendly and fast with their service.

We would have enjoyed our food a lot more if the steamed rice they served this time were not so dry. They were not so busy at the time but the waitress was just sitting behind the counter and we had to get up to ask for what we were still needing. We had given them 5 stars before but not this time. I was honestly so disappointed. it was my first time here. my friend and i ordered two different types of pho, and we both found bugs in it. super tiny bugs, like they didn’t wash the vegetables properly. gave it 2 stars because the restaurant was clean and the waiter was kind.Vegetarian options: one vegetarian pho option

This restaurant is clean, with friendly staff and absolutely fantastic food! In fact, some of the best original egg rolls I've had in the last two years—like my mom used to make! They were especially delicious right out of the fryer, fresh and hot! I tried the phở đặc biệt with spice level 4, and it was amazing! Perfectly spiced! I give it a 5/5—chef’s kiss!

Had a delivery order. Made a custom pho and got the chicken fried rice.Seriously, good food. The fried rice was a fantastic balance of spices, fat content, and moisture. Chicken was well seasoned and not dry. It's going to be a go-to for fried rice.Ordered a spice level 2 pho with Flank steak. It's a reasonable spice level and includes an incredible broth that is unique and seasoned quite well. The bean sprouts, lime and basil included were fresh and very welcomed with this pho. View menu

FOR THOSE CALLING IN ORDERS: They are severely understaffed (there was only 1 person working the entire front when I was there) so if you're trying to phone in an order you will need patience as the person is more than likely busy taking onsite orders first. Other than that, the place is cozy and the pho is nice. The beef broth is a bit mellow, but it's not the end of the world. I recommend this place if you're looking for Vietnamese in the area. Just be patient with your phone orders...it's worth the wait in my opinion.

The food arrived promptly, the portions were generous, and the flavors were just right for my taste. I've been to several Pho restaurants in larger cities, but finding one with such flavorful broth is a rarity. This place truly knows how to make Pho perfectly, and the vegetables were fresh as well. I also ordered shrimp spring rolls, which came with two rolls and were quite filling. I've encountered other places that skimp on ingredients for the same price, but here, the spring rolls were a satisfying size. The peanut sauce was delicious too. I will definitely return! Please keep up the excellent work—I'm a big fan of both the food and the service.

This is an excellent Vietnamese restaurant! It's one of the few places in the DFW area that prepares Banh Hoi in the traditional way and serves it all day, unlike some other Vietnamese establishments. I was pleasantly surprised to find that many of their main dishes, as well as beverages like the Soda Chanh Muoi (salted lemon soda), are made in a very traditional style, without any fusion or Americanized twists. It truly felt like a special experience, and I will definitely be returning. My wife ordered the Vegetarian Tofu Vermicelli, and it was also fantastic!
