"I came here for the first time based on a coworkers recommendation. I had to come back a second time because I was craving the spring rolls on a hot day. For both of my visits I ordered takeout. During my first visit I ordered at the restaurant and the second time I ordered ahead for pick up. If you're going to take it to-go, ordering ahead is the way to go. I ordered through the yelp app and was able to schedule the food to be ready by the time I got off of work. They have a spacious dining area with many seating options but sadly I didn't have anyone to join me. So far I've tried the Bahn Mi sandwich, chicken spring rolls, beef spring rolls, crispy rolls, and the noodle beef bowl, and the Vietnamese coffee. Everything I've had has been tasty and generously portioned. You can make a few meals out of these dishes. The chicken spring rolls have been my favorite. The chicken is tender and flavorful. The dipping sauce a combo peanut chili sauce. I liked that it wasn't too thick like some peanut sauces can be. These also hold up well when transporting home. One thing that I would advise again is ordering the crispy rolls to go. By the time I got home they were a bit soggy and the lettuce wraps had wilted so those should be eaten at the restaurant. They were still really delicious and had a great vinegary dipping sauce. I'll definitely be back for more spring rolls. I also noticed they have some Korean options so I'll have to come back to try those too."

"So glad to find reasonably priced banh mi sandwiches not far from home AND the convenience of ordering through their app. I placed my order for pickup around 1pm and the service was quick and friendly. I had arrived a little earlier than my scheduled pick up time, but I ended up using that time to pick up some things in store. They had chicken pate chaud, so I grabbed three of those with my to-go order and proceeded to make mental notes on what to grab for my next visit, lol. I let the cashier know that I was there for pickup too so she went to check on my order. The team was finishing up as I wrapped at the register, so it was ready within 5 minutes of being there. Once I brought them home, I couldn't resist on trying a bite. The bread is so soft and does not cut up your mouth. Even when toasted in the oven, I suffered no pain other then the slight heat from the jalapeño slices. The toppings are super plentiful as well with pickled daikon/carrots, cilantro, jalapeño and cucumber. Looks like I'll be frequenting this location more often. They have banh cuon, various types of spring rolls and other traditional Vietnamese dishes that are not easily accessible close to home."

"First time coming here with my friends! It was a nice authentic Vietnamese vibe since with decorations! I like the settings and lights you see hanging there.I personally ordered vegetarian pho and a tofu sandwich. The pho was very good and I enjoyed very much as the texture of the noodles were perfect to me.For the tofu sandwich, if they put seasoning like they used for lemongrass tofu, that would have been tastier as I put my friends sauce from lemongrass tofu and twas delicious with it!Overall, I enjoyed their service and will be back again in future!Keep making vegetarian options then will bring more people! ;)Cheers ?"

Even the fried egg was overcooked and disappointing. My sister had the Grilled Pork Chop, which was full of flavor, and she kindly shared a bite with me as always. We returned last weekend, and our standout dish was the Chicken Chow Fun. The noodles were savory, perfectly seared, thick, chewy, and bursting with umami flavor. I've had chow fun at other places, but this was the best I've ever had. The small pieces of chicken didn’t contribute much to the overall flavor, but the green onions and peppers provided a nice crunch, all topped off with plenty of cilantro. I also ordered the Pho with meatballs. Since I was already full from the appetizers and chow fun, I mainly enjoyed sipping the broth, which was excellent, especially with the generous amount of Thai basil – a pleasant change from the place I usually go to, which is stingy with it. The servers were attentive enough without being intrusive, promptly providing us with napkins and takeout boxes when we asked. The atmosphere is casual, clean, and inviting, with outdoor seating available as well."

"It's a decent mom and pop shop but unfortunately left a lot to be desired. I love trying small places like this and hate giving less than awesome reviews, but it just isn't somewhere I'd go back to. The lady who took our order seemed nice enough, albeit a little hard to understand due to her accent but that isn't a negative in my book. The restaurant itself could use a little organization and cleaning up, again, not really a big negative to me, however I will say if you have those things present then the food has to be phenomenal and there had to be a lot of it. I paid $36 for 2 entrees and asked (and paid) for extra meat, I even tipped 5 dollars on a takeout order BEFORE the food was cooked. Now the order was tasty, no complaint there, the issue is that my meal was on the small side. So, there's nothing really worth going back for, not the best value and I feel other places provide more bang for your buck and value you as a customer more. Kind of disappointed, really wish I could say more positive things but why pay 36 dollars for takeout and not get something worth it?"

For example, they offers a tofu bahn me sandwich (specify vegan, and they'll spread avocado on it instead of mayo), a noodle bowl (with delicious sauce and lots of fresh veggies, along with the tofu), cold spring rolls (filled with veggies and tofu, served with peanut sauce), and occasionally vegan pho. For a few weeks last winter, there was a vegan spicy noodle soup that was AMAZING check the special board in the front when you walk in! The food is all good. Portions are generous the noodle bowl is probably enough for two meals for most people, so plan on leftovers (or share)."

"Massed up orders, but the reason why I am unhappy was the worst service attitude Everyone knows this place has good foods. And I agree. But sometimes bad service attitude make people decide not to visit anymore. I ordered take out for my wife and her friends. And picked up foods and gave to them. And i was changing my clothes and my wife came to me and said foods are massed up. 1) hairs are found in the soup 2) cilantro is not separated (we requested cilantro on the side) 3) No bean sprout, no mint, no lime for soup 4) no side sauce at all I know. It happens because we are human. I totally understand what just happened. Hair could go in, you can miss sauce, you can miss side dishes. After I explained all the situation on the phone, a server asked me to come once again to pick up new foods. I went there and terrible experience was waiting for me. That waiter was staring me with face expression damn it. Why are you here? You still want the food? I never heard anyone said sorry about this situation. His voice tone and face expression had 0 kindness and i was very unpleasant for his service conversation. I asked another waitress who is the manager here? I wanted to tell about what I just experienced. She pointed someone and said he is . And realized that unpolite server was the manager. Yeah. Now I understand why this happened. Leader was not ready for kind service, so this unkind atmosphere of this restaurant, massed up order food followed him. I know. I will still go this restaurant because I like their foods. But this experience will make me to go this place less than before. Since I am explaining by writing, I guess the whole situation and actual my feeling is not delivered to readers 100%. But I want to say the attitude was worse than explained here, and my feeling for the service was even worse than that."

"I stopped by to try their Boba tea and noticed they had Spam Musubi on the menu. I ordered the milk tea with boba, which I rated 3 out of 5 stars. The Strawberry Mango smoothie with boba earned a 4 out of 5, while the Pineapple smoothie with strawberry jelly was excellent, receiving a 5 out of 5. However, the Spam Musubi was quite disappointing, getting just 2 out of 5 stars. Having had authentic Spam Musubi in Hawaii, I found this version lackluster. For $10, you get two musubi, but the spam wasn’t marinated or grilled, there was no furikake, and the nori wrapped around the whole thing. While the flavor was decent, it didn’t compare favorably to the ones I've enjoyed in Hawaii."

"Lemongrass used to be our 'go to ' and we will not be going back. So sad.While the new interior might be charming, Lemongrass has lost its appeal, failing to live up to the standards it once set. The decline in service, coupled with mediocre food quality, has left us with no desire to return. It 's truly disheartening to see a once-beloved establishment fall from grace in such a manner.The service was awkward from the moment we walked in. We had to repeatedly request a drink menu, which seemed to baffle our server, as if they were unfamiliar with the concept of a drink menu. When the menu finally made its way to our table, it was shockingly nasty, dirty, and greasy.The wine pour was another letdown, with serving under 5 ounces, leaving us feeling shortchanged and questioning the establishment 's commitment to customer satisfaction. This is when we should have just left.As for the food, it was a mixed bag at best. The Thom Ka soup, a dish we once enjoyed, was a disappointment this time around. we fished out almost an entire onion-it was overly runny and spice levels were inconsistent between dishes."

"I have mixed feelings writing this. A few years ago i came to this olace and discovered a great way to kill hunger on their fregrant and tasty broth and fresh herbs. Well this place has been here for a while and looks the same, i mean, stull hace a great koi pond, and take good care, inside of the restaurant they have a piano and stuff, seems to be a great place! Once you take a glance on the meni, realize irs from 10 to 20 dll per plate, and have a realmy nice variety. We decided to hace shrimp and pork phō and spicy beef soup for me, and an appetizer of spring, sumer, autum and winter rolls. Then apetizzer was dissapointing, spring roll, way too much lettuce, leaving you with no option but tu dio a lot of the little portion of sause they get you : , the sauce, by the way was good. Summer rolls nice and tasty, autum and wunter good as well. Phō… where to start, it was nice at the begining to imagine the flavors, we miss basil or even mint from our herb plate… but well lets keep rollong, after fresh 30 minutes theh got us broths… first one a not very fregrant or tasty broth, rice vermicelli cooked good, and the most dissapointing bagged, defrost and lame flavorless shrim ever. Im kind of really mad, you guys charge up to 14 , maybe 15 dll for a shrimp pho, and you decide to throw a bunch of frozen shrimps : tastless, not even shrimp texture anymore. Sad really sad phō And beef broth, another great and heavy nme for a barely spicy, overly fat and … im even sad to realice it, but tasted like it was left behind in the back of the fridge way too long. Many pieces of red meat, not even fresh herbs could get rid of that fatty, restted and old flavor from it. Service, drinks and else were regular, but left me with that feeling pf knowing a great place and turning it into one of those old places where you could satisfy your craving for a nice vietnamese cuisine. It was, for everyones surprise a really really bad turn in life."

"My wife and I have eaten here about 3 times in roughly 6-8 months. However today was by far the worst meal from them to date, previously it was acceptable (4 star).So why 1 star? First look up Bho Kho, then imagine instead of getting nice basil, herbs, lime, the stewed carrots, and the beef inside you get the following. Very Oily, weak watery broth, no basil, no herbs, no lime, small amount of onions/green onions, and the beef was practically all cartilage and tendons.To make it worse, imagine day old rice that was barely warmed up and re-served. That was the meal presented today. To place in to perspective; I'm usually lenient because I make a solid Bho Kho that even my in-laws compliment me on. However, when my first try to imitate what my in-laws can make produces better results than the restaurant known for Viet food. That's bad. Not coming back here again; I just want a decent Viet place around here."
