"I placed three separate online orders: two 8-piece wings of the same flavor and one 8-piece of a different kind. After picking them up, I noticed I only had two boxes on my way home. I called to express my concern because I ordered three items, which were meant for my coworkers. I was informed that they pack 16 wings in 2 boxes, but I only ordered 16 wings, not a single order of 16. When I pointed this out, they told me I should have specified to keep the orders separate. Why should I have to do that when I made three distinct orders? Combining two separate orders just because they’re the same flavor shows poor customer service. It's frustrating to be told how to place my order when I clearly requested three items and expected to receive three boxes."
